We draft the documentation and presentation material for the first and subsequent meetings, based on the above process.
Following the collateral generation, we draw a list of potential targets/investor and establish personal contacts with them. We manage the information flow with the targets independently to economise on the management time of the client. The management of the client is brought into the process at the most appropriate time depending on the readiness and earnestness of the target/investor. At each stage, we adequately brief and de-brief out client before and after each target/investor contact. During the course of the roadshow, regular progress updates are communicated to our client.

We ensure that we remain involved right till the documentation and funding stage to ensure that the transaction closure is achieved and in line with the original objectives.
