1. Bharat FIH Limited

One of the largest manufacturers of electronics in India, Bharat FIH Limited is a group company of international electronics manufacturing entity - Foxconn. Bharat FIH has a large market share of about 23%. 

The company is in the business of manufacturing and assembly of a variety of electronic devices ranging from smartphones and televisions to electric vehicles and telecom equipment. Out of the total issue size of about Rs. 5,000 crores, the company is planning to issue new shares worth Rs. 2501.9 crores. The remaining Rs. 2,498.1 crores of the issue would be from an Offer for Sale (OFS) from the company’s promoters. 

2. Gemini Edibles & Fats India Ltd

Engaged in the business of manufacturing, packaging, branding, and distribution of edible oils and fats, Gemini Edibles & Fats India Ltd is one of the fastest growing entities in this space. 

The company produces refined sunflower oil, rice bran oil, mustard oil, and groundnut oil and markets it under the ‘Freedom’ brand in as many as four states in India. The company is planning to come out with an upcoming IPO worth about Rs. 2,500 crores. The entire public issue is slated to be a large Offer for Sale (OFS) from the company’s promoters. 

3. ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltd

One of the leading small finance banks in India, ESAF Small Finance Bank has good market presence in over 16 states and 1 union territory. The entity’s advanced technological platforms have enabled it to achieve strong growth within a short period of time. As of March 31, 2020, the entity’s gross advances from rural and semi-urban areas in India were the highest among all small finance banks. 

Through this upcoming IPO, the bank is planning to raise about Rs. 800 crores via a fresh issue of shares. The remaining Rs. 197.78 crores of the total issue size would be an Offer for Sale (OFS) from the promoters of the company.
