  • The promotional offer is being managed by Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (henceforth referred to as MOFSL)
  • All new accounts opened are eligible for Zero Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) for the first year from the date of account activation
  • The offer entitles clients whose accounts are activated between to avail free Brokerage upto Rs. 1000 on trades placed within 30 days of account opening.
  • This offer can only be availed once per user.
  • Statutory Levies and Taxes will be levied to the clients as prescribed by the regulators and will not be reversed under the offer.
  • Family account trades cannot be clubbed together for this Offer.
  • This scheme is valid for Online Channel only.
  • If the account is transferred to any branch/franchise/remisier after opening an online account; all the above-mentioned schemes and offers will not be applicable.
  • Brokerage will not exceed the SEBI prescribed limit.
  • MOFSL reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change, alter or discontinue the offer and alter the terms and conditions from time to time & with prior communication to client via email.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of MOFSL management will be final and binding.

      • All new accounts opened post would be charged Zero (0) MTF interest for the next 30 days up to an MTF ledger debit of Rs. 1,00,000
      • The promotional offer for reduced MTF interest rate is valid for all accounts opened after
      • This offer is only valid for 30 days from the date of activation of account and up to a limit of Rs. 1,00,000 MTF ledger debit
      • Standard interest rate of 15% p.a. will be applicable post the offer period and above 1,00,000 MTF Ledger debit as and when it occurs.
      • Customers will be charged actual brokerage, taxes & other actual charges as applicable during the Offer Period.
      • Taxes and other actual charges as applicable will be levied and are not eligible for waiver
      • Customer can avail only one offer and multiple offers cannot be clubbed together
      • Family account trades cannot be clubbed together for this Offer
      • Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions
      • STT, Stamp Duty, Transaction charges, GST and other charges will be levied separately as applicable
      • Any employee/partner of MOFSL will not be included in this scheme, even though their name might appear in the list
      • This offer is only for customers acquired through online channel
      • Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. reserves the right without previous notice to add/ change/ withdraw/ modify/ alter or vary any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether at its sole discretion, at any time without prior intimation and without assigning any reason whatsoever
