In 2008, Aalia restarted her career after a break at Motilal Oswal as a Customer Service Executive. Her ability to stay calm and solve problems helped her move up fast.

She took on bigger roles including resolving critical customer complaints and managing branch-service. In 2015, she helped launch ‘MO Genie’, the first chat bot in Broking, improving customer support. She was awarded ‘Associate of the Year’ in 2019 and gained industry recognition. During COVID-19, she introduced AI tools that cut calls and solve the queries faster. Today, she leads a team of 30+ members, driven to achieve new goals in Customer Service excellence.

In 2015, Prateek joined Motilal Oswal as a Management Trainee. He solved a major issue by reducing customer call drop rates. Promoted in 2016, he then automated commission processes, cutting errors by over 95%. In 2017, during the GST rollout process, he built a tool that fixed delays and boosted cash flow. He also led automation of 60-70% of Operations, saving time and efforts. He was nominated for ‘Associate of the Year’ in 2020 for his dedication. Today, he leads over 70% of Back-office Development. He truly believes that this is just the beginning of his journey.

Young Leadership Program
The Motilal Oswal Young Leadership Program (MOYLP) is our fast-track career development platform for high-potential CA rank holders, top B-School graduates, and engineering talent from leading institutes. Associates join us through a Summer Internship or a Full-Time role and begin with a strong foundation in business understanding and core skill-building. They then transition into Manager-level responsibilities, taking on larger roles early in their careers.
