MOFSL Olympia is our annual sports meet for employee competition.

The event spans a week with indoor games like Badminton, Table Tennis, and outdoor games such as Cricket and Football. There are also tournaments throughout the year.

Switch Off Policy

At Motilal Oswal, we truly believe that work is just one part of life.
That’s why we introduced the Switch-Off Policy in October 2023-putting people first and helping everyone find a better balance between work and life.

Here’s how it works:

• Every employee has a fixed shift time. After your shift ends, you get a 45-minute grace period to finish tasks and meetings.

• After that, your switch-off hours begin. During this time, you’re not expected to respond to work emails or messages.

Example: If your shift is from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, your switch-off hours will be from 7:15 PM to 8:15 AM the next day.

• The Switch-Off Policy applies on weekends as well, based on your weekly offs.

More than 10,000 associates are already covered under this policy, making up over 90% of our team.
Because when you switch off from work, you switch on to life—and that’s what we care about.
