Public issue of 65,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of Anisha Impex Limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at par, aggregating Rs. 6.50 crores (the issue), of which 3,40,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par, aggregating Rs. 0.34 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market makers to the issue (the market maker reservation portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 61,60,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 6.16 crores is hereinafter refered to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 39.56% and 37.49% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each and the issue price of Rs. 10 is 1 time of the face value.
