Public offer of 18,17,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (equity shares) of Bajaj Healthcare Limited (BHL or the company) for cash at a price of Rs. 170/- per share (the offer price), aggregating to Rs. 30.8992 crores (the offer) consisting of fresh issue of 1,49,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.5432 crores and an offer for sale of 16,68,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders aggregating to Rs. 28.3560 crores (offer for sale), of which 91,200 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the offer (the market maker reservation portion). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Offer of 17,26,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the Net offer. The offer and the net offer will constitute 26.34% and 25.02%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 and the offer price is 17.00 times of the face value.
