Theoffer comprises a fresh issue of 2,180,119 equity shares by the company(fresh issue) and an offer for sale of 2,579,881 equity shares by theselling shareholders, Including 974,000 equity shares by certain of thepromoters and members of the promoter group (Offer for sale). The Offershall consititute 33.61% of the post offer paid-up equity share capital ofthe company.Face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each and the offer price is Rs. 502 per equity share, which is 50.2 times the face value of the equity shares.
