Public Issue of 4,550,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 180 aggregating Rs. 81.90 crores (hereinafter referred to as the Issue), Incuding Employee Reservation of 50,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 180 for cash aggregating Rs. 0.9 crores and Net Issue to the Public of 4500000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs. 180 for cash aggregating Rs. 81 crores (hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue). The face value of the Equity Shares is Rs.10/-. The issue would constitute 25.35% of the fully diluted Post Issue Paid up Capital of the Company.
