The offer comprises of a fresh issue of (*) equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 218 Crores by the company (the fresh issue) and an offer for sale of up to 1,677,744 equity shares consisting of up to800,000 equity shares by india rig company and up to 579,830 equity shares by IL&FS Financial Services Limited (the investor selling shareholders), and up to 297,914 equity shares by the other selling shareholders (as defined hereinafter) (the investor selling shareholders and other selling shareholders collectively, the selling shareholders) aggregating up to Rs.
