Limited, Madhya Bharat agro products Limited, of which 3,36,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for a cash price of Rs. 30 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 1.01 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (market maker reservation portion). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Offer of 62,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each at an offer price of Rs. 30 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 18.72 crores (The Net Offer). The offer and the net offer will constitute 26.41% and 25.06%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.
