Public issue of 15571429 equity shares comprising fresh issue of 9660492 equity shares of Rs.4 each at a price of Rs. 70 for cash and offer for sale of 5910937 equity shares of Rs. 4 each at a price of Rs.70 for cash, aggregating Rs. 109.00 crore (hereinafter referred to as the issue). The issue would constitute 25.61% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.
