The issue includes a reservation of 250,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 17.50 crores for subscription by eligible employees, (As defined herein) not exceeding 5% of the post-issue paid up equity share capital (Employee Reservation Portion). The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the net issue.
