Public issue of 44,50,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of Resurgere Mines & Minerals India Limited (Resurgere or the issuer or our company) at a price of Rs.270/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.260/- per equity share) for cash aggregating Rs.120.15 Crores (hereinafter referred to as this issue).This issue comprises of reservation of 250,000 equity shares aggregating Rs.6.75 Crores for eligible employees on a competitive basis and the net issue to the public of 42,00,000 equity shares aggregating Rs.113.40 Crores.
