Public Issue of 42000000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 14 for cash aggregating Rs 58.80 crore (hereinafter referred to as the issue) by S.A.L. Steel Ltd. (the company or the issuer). Out of the above 4200000 equity shares of Rs 10 each are being reserved for the shareholders of Shah Alloys Ltd., the promoter. The Net Offer to the public i.e. 37800000 shares would constitute 44.48% of the post issue paid-up-capital of th company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs 10 and the issue price is 1.4 times of the face value.
