Public issue of 27,04,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of Shradha Infraprojects (Nagpur) Limited (SINL or the company) for cash at a price of Rs. 70 per share (the issue price), aggregating to Rs. 18.93 Crores (the issue), Consisting of fresh issue of 21,32,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 14.92 Crores and an offer for sale of 5,72,000 equity shares by the selling shareholder aggregating to Rs. 4.01 Crores (offer for sale), of which 1,44,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the market maker reservation portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 25,60,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each is hereinafter referred to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 28.04% and 26.55%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 and the issue price is Rs. 70 The issue price is 7.0 times of the face value.
