Public issue of up to 7,804,347 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Tara Jewels Limited (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 230 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 220 per equity share, aggregating up to Rs. 179.50 crores (The Issue) comprising of a fresh issue of up to 4,760,869 equity shares by the company aggregating up to Rs. 109.50 crores (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of up to 3,043,478 equity shares by Fabrikant H.K. Trading Limited (Selling Shareholder) aggregating up to Rs. 70.00 crores (Offer for Sale). The issue includes a reservation of up to 1% of the issue size constituting 78,043 equity shares for the eligible employees (The Employees reservation portion). The issue less the employees reservation portion is referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue shall constitute 31.78% and 31.46% of the post-issue paid up capital and 31.13% and 30.82% of the fully diluted post-issue paid up capital of the company, respectively.Issue Price: Rs. 230 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.The issue price is 23.0 times the face value.
