Public issue of uoto 11,37,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Veeram Ornaments Limited (VOL or The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 45 per share (including share premium of Rs. 35.00 per equity share)(The Issue Price), aggregating to Rs. 5.12 crores (The Issue) of which upto 57,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for a cash price of Rs. 45.00 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.26 crores will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (The Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of upto 10,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at issue price of Rs. 45.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 4.86 crores (Net Issue). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.38% and 25.06%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 and The issue price is 4.5 times of the face value.
