Public issue of upto 65,68,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Barflex Polyfilms Limited (the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 60.00 per equity share (the Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 39.41 crores (The Issue) comprising of a fresh issue of upto 20,52,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 12.31 crores (the Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of upto 45,16,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders (Offer for Sale) aggregating to Rs. 27.10 crores of which upto 3,34,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.00 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion).
