Initial public issue of up to 54,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Bhadora Industries Limited (Company or Bhadora or Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 103 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 93 per Equity Share) (Issue Price) aggregating up to Rs. 55.62 crores of which up to 2,73,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 103 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 93 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2.82 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion).
