(Cedaar or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 140/- per equity share (Issue Price) including a share premium of Rs.130/- per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 60.90 crores (the Issue), out of which, 2,18,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 140/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 3.05 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion).
