initial public offer of 47,71,200 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each (the Equity Shares) of Classic Electrodes(India) Limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at an issue price of Rs. 87/- per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 77/- per equity share) (issue price), aggregating to Rs. 41.51 crores (the issue) of which2,78,400 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.42 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion).
