Initial public offer of up to 74,94,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Crazy Snacks Limited (Company) for cash at a price of Rs. 39-42 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 29-32 per Equity Share) (Offer Price) aggregating up to Rs. 29.23-31.47 Crores comprising a fresh issue of up to 59,99,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 23.40-25.20 Crores by the company (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of up to 14,95,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 5.83-6.28 Crores by its promoter selling shareholder, (the Offered Shares) (the Offer for Sale and together with the fresh issue, the Offer) of which 3,78,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.47-1.59 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the Market Maker Reservation Portion).
