Initial public issue of upto 26,70,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of Harikanta Overseas Limited (HOL or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 91-Rs. 96 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 81-Rs. 86 per equity share (the Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 24.30-Rs. 25.63 (the Issue), of which [*] equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs.[*] per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1,34,400 will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion).
