Initial public offering of up to 37,44,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Medistep Healthcare Limited (the Company) for cash at a price of Rs. 43/- per equity share (the Issue Price), aggregating to Rs. 16.10 crores (the Offer). Out of the offer, 1,89,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.81 crores will be reserved for subscription by marketmaker (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 35,55,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each at an issue price of Rs. 43/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 15.29 crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Offer.
