Initial public offering of up to 53,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of NSB BPO Solutions Limited (NSB BPO or the Company) for cash at a price of Rs. 121.00 per equity share (the Offer Price), aggregating to Rs.64.13 Crores (The Offer). Of the offer, 2,65,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 3.21 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion).
