Initial public issue of 70,65,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) RFBL Flexi Pack Limited (RFBL or The Company) at an issue price of Rs. 50 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 40 per equity share) for cash, aggregating to Rs. 35.33 Crores (Public Issue) out of which 3,54,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 50 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 1.77 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion).
