Initial public issue of up to 58,32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Savy Infra AND Logistics Limited (Company) for cash at a price of Rs. 120 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 110 per Equity Share) (Issue Price) aggregating up to Rs. 69.98 crores of which up to 2,92,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 120 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.110 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 3.51 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion).
