Initial public issue of upto 53,10,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Shreenath Paper Products Limited (The Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 44 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 34 per equity share) (Issue Price), aggregating up to Rs. 23.36 crores (the Issue). 2,82,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.24 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion).
