Adani Green gets $400 mn financing from international banks
Adani Green Energy on May 2 announced $400-million financing for its under-construction 750-MW solar projects in Rajasthan and Gujarat by a consortium of five leading international banks. It will provide financing for projects that are expected to come online from November this year. One of the projects is being developed in Rajasthan with 500-MW capacity and has a long-term PPA with SECI.

Tata Communications raises $250 mn sustainability linked loan
Tata Communications has raised $250-million loan from ANZ, DBS and Export Development Canada for five years under the sustainability-linked loan (SLL) framework, chief financial officer Kabir Ahmed Shakir said. The company will look at the framework for long term debt financing and refinancing of existing debt, he said. Tata Communications’ debt was ₹9,126 crore as of the quarter ended March 2024.

MRF Q4 results: Net profit dips to ₹380 crore; tyre firm declares dividend
Tyre manufacturing company MRF Limited on Friday reported a 7.6% decline in net profit at ₹379.6 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2024. It reported consolidated net profit of ₹410.7 crore in the year-ago period. The company's board have announced a final dividend of ₹194 (1,940% on the face value of ₹10 per share).
