Stock Split: KPI Green to consider proposal to divide its shares on May
KPI Green Energy on Friday, May 3, said its board of directors have scheduled a meeting on May 23 to consider a stock split of existing shares on the face value of ₹10. This is the first ever stock split that would be carried out by the company. While this will be the company's first stock split, it has earlier declared a 1:2 bonus issue this year as well as in January last year.
