Tata Motor's passenger vehicles lists at Rs 400 on NSE

Tata Motors shares dropped 39.5% to Rs 139.25 apiece. The demerger of its commercial vehicle business to TML Commercial Vehicles Ltd has become effective. Shareholders holding the stock as of October 14 will get one share of the new entity for every Tata Motors share. The new entity's shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on October 14.
