Oil prices stabilize after Russian energy facility attacks

Oil prices were little changed on Monday after Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian refineries. Brent crude futures edged up 3 cents to $67.02 a barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude was at $62.77 a barrel, up 8 cents. U.S. President Donald Trump reiterated the US is willing to impose sanctions on Russia if Europe doesn't comply, amid US-China trade talks in Madrid.
