Iraq resumed oil exports from its northern region Saturday, adding 190,000 barrels a day to global supply. The restart, initially expected to boost international supply, comes amid a forecasted global oil surplus. Iraq Oil Minister Hayyan Abdul Ghani said operations began without notable technical problems, while DNO ASA will sell its share at a low $30s price and other firms at $14 a barrel.
