Oil prices recover on lower-than-expected OPEC+ production increase

OPEC+ agreed to a 137,000 barrel per day (bpd) production increase for November, a modest monthly hike. Brent crude futures rose 1% to $65.16, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude increased 1% to $61.46.
