Gold touches all-time high ahead of Dhanteras in global trade

Gold prices hit a record high of $4,379.93 per ounce, the biggest weekly gain since 2008. In India, gold rates may cross Rs 1.3 lakh/10 gm. Marginal corrections in gold prices were seen at Rs 10, with prices at Rs 1,29,430 for 24K gold, Rs 1,18,640 for 22K gold, and Rs 97,070 for 18K gold as of October 17.
