Gujarat State Petronet Q2 Profit Drops Amid Margin Pressures

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd reported a 7.4% year-on-year decline in its net profit to ₹260.7 crore for the September quarter, mainly due to higher costs. Revenue rose 1.1% to ₹4,206.3 crore, while operating profit (EBITDA) fell 12.2% to ₹620 crore due to subdued industrial demand and fluctuating transmission tariffs.
