Jaypee homes inch closer to possession after insolvency

Suraksha Group has completed construction of 5,989 residential units in Jaypee's Wish Town, Noida, with 3,135 units receiving Occupancy Certificates (OCs) across 31 towers, allowing possession and registrations to begin. Another 2,854 units await regulatory approvals, with OCs expected over the next few months, providing relief to over 20,000 homebuyers stranded for years.
