Bombay Coated and Special Steels will raise Rs 183.06 crore via an IPO from October 29 to November 2, 2026, consisting entirely of fresh shares. Rs 125 crore will go towards debt repayment, Rs 15.7 crore for equipment, and the rest for general purposes. The company reported Rs 30.5 crore profit on Rs 1,266.8 crore revenue in FY26.
