Utssav CZ Gold Jewels approves 1:1 bonus shares, doubling equity capital

Utssav CZ Gold Jewels Ltd’s board has approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, doubling its paid-up equity share capital from Rs 24.998 crore to Rs 49.996 crore by issuing 2.5 crore new shares. The company's authorised share capital will increase to Rs 60 crore, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval. The record date for the bonus shares is yet to be announced.
