Rupee gains most in two weeks on RBI intervention

The Indian rupee appreciated 22 paise in morning trade, its highest since October 16, as the Reserve Bank of India intervened in the non-deliverable forward market. It rose to 88.3925 against the US dollar, up from 88.7813. Portfolio flows from Lenskart's IPO and Groww's offering are expected to support the rupee, with forecasts of trading between 88.30 to 89.25.
