EA to Go Private in $55 Billion Deal

Electronic Arts said Monday that it has agreed to be acquired for $55 billion in an all-cash deal. Shareholders will receive $210 per share. The Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia, Silver Lake, and Affinity Partners are the buyers, with PIF as the majority shareholder, rolling over its existing 9.9% stake.
