WBD rejects three Paramount takeover offers

Warner Bros. Discovery received three acquisition offers from Paramount Skydance, with the latest of almost $24 per share comprised of 80% cash. The offers were rejected as WBD fields broad buyout interest, and the company expands its review process to consider all bids. WBD shares rose 11% on Tuesday, and nearly 2% on Wednesday after the news.
