Baidu's Apollo Go to launch steering wheel-less taxis in Switzerland

Baidu announced its robotaxi unit, Apollo Go, will start test drives in Switzerland in December through a partnership with PostBus. The companies aim to launch a driverless taxi service called "AmiGo" by 2027, using electric RT6 vehicles, and plan to remove the cars' steering wheels once operating.
