JD Cables set to list on Dalal Street on September 18

JD Cables, a West Bengal-based company, is opening its initial public offering on September 18 with a price band of Rs 144-152 per share, raising Rs 95.99 crore. Promoter Piyush Garodia will sell up to 7,61,600 shares, while the company will issue new shares for Rs 45 crore in working capital, Rs 26 crore in loan repayment, and general corporate purposes.
