Urban Company IPO allotment status, listing date to be announced

Urban Company Ltd's mainboard IPO witnessed 103.63 times demand, closing with bids for 1,106.46 crore shares against 10.67 crore shares on offer. The IPO allotment will be finalized on September 15. Shares will be listed tentatively on September 17. Retail booking was 39.25 times, while QIBs subscribed 140.2 times. The ₹1,900-crore issue will fund marketing, technology upgrades.
