Vijay Kedia-backed TechD Cybersecurity IPO sees 89 times booking on day 2

TechD Cybersecurity's public issue was subscribed 88.92 times, with 12.85 crore shares subscribed compared to 14.45 lakh shares offered. The company raised Rs 38.99 crore via IPO, plans to use proceeds for investment in human resources and setting up a Global Security Operation Centre. Final allotment will be on Sept 18, with trading to start on Sept 22.
