Groww files Rs 1,800 crore IPO with SEBI

Online brokerage firm Groww files updated draft red herring prospectus for ₹7000 crore IPO, down from ₹8,300 crore. IPO has a fresh issue of ₹1,060 crore, with promoters and early investors selling shares worth about ₹5,000-6,000 crore. Founders will sell a small stake of 0.07%, valuing the company at $9 billion.
