Groww founders pocket Rs 614 crore ahead of IPO

Groww's four co-founders received substantial one-time performance incentives of Rs 614 crore in FY25, with CEO Lalit Keshre paid Rs 188.64 crore, and COO Harsh Jain, CFO Ishan Bansal, and CTO Neeraj Singh earning Rs 149.58 crore, Rs 136.96 crore, and Rs 151.32 crore respectively, surpassing the company's net profit of Rs 378.36 crore in the June 2025 quarter.
