KKR's Asia infra fund to exit up to $700m in 3 IPOs

KKR's Asia Infrastructure Fund will reap exits worth $600-700 million from Indian portfolio firms, including Vertis Infrastructure Trust, Leap India, and Hero Future Energies. Vertis sold a 10% stake to KKR Infrastructure Fund for approximately $230 million earlier this month, with other exits including IPOs of Leap India and Hero Future Energies.
